Dustin Knouse
Founder/CEO
Dustin Knouse, a multi-talented entertainment professional, began his career in film and TV at age 8. He soon made his mark in the podcasting world, working on the groundbreaking show Penn Radio and later, Penn’s Sunday School, which pioneered the use of advanced broadcast systems on YouTube. As a driving force behind Kast Media, Dustin helped elevate the company into the 7th largest podcast network working with talent like Sarah Silverman, Nick Viall, and Howie Mandel. Now, with his own company, HoK Productions, he provides full-service audio and video production to industry giants like Stitcher/SXM, the LA Times, and more. With a BA/MA in screenwriting and a passion for storytelling, Dustin is also focused on creating fiction podcasts that can be adapted into film and television IPs. His journey in podcasting began in 2017 when he pivoted out of producing music and into producing podcasts! Since then he’s had the honor to work on some of the biggest shows in the world, and within the team’s combined experience, we’ve produced over 10,000 episodes for dozens of shows, totalling over 1-billion streams and we’re just getting started!
